Found it on Friday {Cute Headboard}

It’s Friday and I’d love to find your vote over at the fence – just click!

I love a great find – especially one that’s $5.99! I found this twin size headboard at the thrift shop and thought surely I could do something to spruce it up.

{Before Headboard}

Step #1: Prime with Kilz Spray Primer - my BFF.

Step #2: Spray paint with Rust-Oleum Blossom White (2 coats).

Step #3: Distress using 3M 80 grit sandpaper (for a video tutorial on distressing click HERE).

Step #4: Add burlap and white trim on the inside outline.

{After Headboard}

Here’s how it looks with bedding – so cute!

What’s your Friday find?

Love you more than thrifting!

PS. Do you just LOVE this headboard? Good news – it’s for sale! For info click HERE.
