{DIY Nightstand Makeover}
Who hasn’t stumbled across an ugly nightstand? They can be found everywhere: thrift stores, garage sales, and grandmas house. I found this treasure recently at a garage sale and had to bring it home for a DIY Nightstand Makeover!
{Before Nightstand}
My fist step was of course to prime it with my BFF, Kilz Spray Primer.
Don’t you love my ‘paint pallet’?
I used my DIY chalk paint recipe to paint it blue and white. For the recipe click HERE.
Next, I distressed the edges with sandpaper to give it character.

I had some glass knobs on hand from a garage sale and added one, it looks perfect!
Last, I sealed it using Minwax Finishing Paste.
The great apart about a small table is you don’t need much by way of supplies to make it over. I had everything on hand, so it really did only cost me $10!

Love you more than having a cute nightstand instead of an ugly one,
Sunday

Sunday, I love this re-do. I am addicted to these ugly nightstands. I have done 2 so far and have 3 more to do. They are great fun.
