I Have a High School Senior {DnK Photography}

I think I may still be in denial, I have a high school senior. This year will be full of  important dates and milestones. We kicked the school year off with his senior pictures; they turned out amazing. We had the pictures taken at my mother-in-laws hobby farm; his favorite place on earth.

I have to give him credit; he had a fabulous idea. Just minutes before pictures began he decided to pull out the hay rack.  Of course, I argued with him insisting he’d get ‘dirty’, but he got the tracker and pulled it out anyways. I’m so glad he did, they ended up being my favorite shots.

This one is my favorite:

His Grandfather passed away 8 years ago and it was really difficult for all of us, especially Carter. This corner of the farm reminds us of him, he had built the grand-kids a tree house in these trees.

I absolutely love this one too, he’s looking over the 40 acres Grandma owns.

Karin at DnK Photography took the photos and I can’t thank her enough. Not only did they turn out amazing, but she is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. She made the session so laid back and easy for Carter and myself.

If you are local and need a photographer DnK is defiantly one of the best I’ve seen! Their engagement and wedding pictures are GORGEOUS, I’m having a hard time not dreaming of that day…ok, maybe I should just get through Carter’s senior year first!
