{Tween Room Reveal}

I’ll be on TV today – Whoop Whoop!

Tune in to KSTP Channel 5 from 3-4 o’clock to see a live shoot from Como Zoo.

We’ll be sharing some super fun ideas for kids!

Now for the Tween Room Reveal!

 My daughter Kennedy’s room is on it’s 3rd look. It’s gone from nursery, to pre-school, to grade school and now tween. As we rearranged and cleaned things up we knew we had to clear a few things out. On the list was her American Girl dolls and accessories. *TEARS*

{Nursery & Preschool Room}

{Big Girl Room}

The updating process!

Finally, time for the reveal of the TWEEN QUEEN’S ROOM!

{Bed Wall}

No matter how old they get, every girl needs a pillow pet!

{Dresser Wall}

{Desk Wall}

I have an athletic daughter with LOTS of trophies – need less to say, they’re not decor friendly. I knew I could use one thing to make them fit in her room, magic in a can, spray paint!

{Nightstand}

Pulling it together was pretty easy. I re-purposed many items by spray painting them. One of my favorite pieces is the vintage side table I found in my mother-in-loves barn. I left it chipped up; it’s so cute!  The last piece of the puzzle was the Pottery Barn Bella Duvet, I found clearance; the colors bring everything together!

Updating her room was super fun, not as fun as the look on her face when she saw it – PRICELESS!

Love you more than knowing I won’t have to redecorate her room (for a while),
