Each balustrade, railing, fishscale tile and shutter detail lovingly created to model the 1890's detailed Victorian houses.
Designed by San Francisco Architect and produced in the United States. House opens up for maximum customization. For he holidays you can make your favorite scene in the windows to display on your train layout! Made of 3D printed plastic and color is off-white (cream) and can be easily painted with acrylic paint. May need some light sanding in some areas but not necessary. Note: This is not intended to be a toy. Each house is highly detailed thus tiny details may break in shipping. Includes house only.
