Delivery Policy
We use UPS courier services all over the world to ensure your veil gets to you as soon as possible.
All veils are handmade from when you place an order. Depending on the veil size and design , some veils may be dispatched within 1 – 2 days.

Returns Policy
Let us know within 7 Days if you wish to return a veil.
Veils must be returned in the original box and in the same condition as you received it. We need to receive it back within 30 days from when you received the veil.
All veils are inspected for quality and damage as soon as we receive them back.
Used Veils .. e.g. Rips, Dirt on edges, Make-up Marks, Perfume, Hairspray on the Comb or Veil, Cigarette Smoke, etc .. will not qualify for a refund. The veil will be posted back to you and No refund will be issued.
We can offer an exchange if you do not have the perfect colour match for your dress.
