The inside has lots of compartments for cards, lipstick, cash and it has a built-in mirror. Also a tiny gold brush. A velcro pocket key ring is also built in to detach and hook to a belt loop or keys. The back has a zippered pocket and the sold belt loop. Magnetic closure and a full zipper around the bag (double zipper one does not have the pull but it doesn't affect the closure if you zip it to the other side, see pictures).
