A vintage 1960 1970 a blue big eyed floppy ear puppy dog poodle pained on black velvet canvas bows in its hair . It's approximately 22” x 13” x 2” no holes or rips but it needs a good cleaning. It's signed by the artist but I cannot make out the name. I must have any collector, collectible collection of vintage, black velvet, painted anthropomorphic blue dogs with big eyes holding a basket of flowers in its mouth and pigtails.
