1970's off-the-shoulder patchwork day sold dress

Iconic vintage midi dress with geometric pattern of contrasting prints in shades of beige, green, blue, rust, coral, and brown. Elasticated neckline slides down effortlessly to rest under shoulders. Keyhole neck with button enclosure. Cuffs and waist are elasticated as well. Insanely comfortable. Material feels like polyester, some stretch. No listed brand or size. Fits up sold to size L but see measurements to confirm.
