Everyone's light purple shade gets an area that is hard I'm noticing. However, it's fine to work with. It's not a traditional hard pan (like where you can't pick product up, it's not like that). This Oden's Eye palette will be packaged with extreme care because I want you to receive it in great condition. HOWEVER, I have no control over how carriers treat the items once they leave my home. If you have ANY issues, please message me and I'll be glad to figure it out, I ALWAYS do.
