This is a brand new IOB with tags Tom Taran for Elgin mirrored wall clock with design. Incredible estate find. All original tags are still attached to the clock including the second hand! This piece has never been hung. It does have a scratch on the painted surface and some scratches on the mirrored surface. Almost as if someone attempted to clean it.
