Originally published in the 1930s, this collection was republished in 1976 as a complete set of four softback novels in a matching slipcase.

Kenneth Roberts (1875-1957) was a well-known journalist and author of historical novels. He excelled in researching history then developing a believable storyline with engaging characters and a sprinkle of fascinating facts about the Revolution.

Item Condition:

Good vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use. The books and box are clean but show varying levels of wear sold. Volumes 1 & 3 show more wear than the other two volumes with spine creases, binding wear, mild edge wear with discoloration, folds and yellowing to interior pages. The box also shows minor edge and corner wear plus fading.
