Used HP laptop. Great for everyday use. It has been reset. I forgot to copy the specs off of it so I did get a picture of the model number if you need specs. It worked great for me and my everyday use for work. The only issue I had was the top of the screen would rarely look “shakey”, that's the best way to describe it. It only happened to me twice but thought it relevant to make buyer aware. I would restart and it would go away instantly.
