This is one of the official Ground of Evangelion art books from Japan. These are really nice books, each of them from different works of the EVA series. This one is about 310 pages. The artbook, the Groundwork of Evangelion Vol. 3: Neon Genesis Evangelion Art Collection, features artwork from Episodes 20-26 and the ending. This book is over 20 years old! Basically, these are the rough, raw sketches used to make the first original TV anime. Some of the most infamous and dynamic scenes from the first few episodes are included here. Rei Ayanami, Shinji Ikari, Asuka Langley Sohryu, and plenty of sold others are featured inside. In the first 20 pages, you can see the colored pages next to the sketches beside them, for a closer look at how each sketch translates into the finished product! This book is in good condition, with no major damage to it.
