Balera Small Adult White Mesh 2 Piece sold Dance Costume. Semi custom costume. Got for my daughter in a dance costume FB group to be used as a solo costume. We opted another way as this costume didn't fit the song. Would be perfect for any Lyrical, Contemporary, Jazz or Tap solo. Does have rhinestones, and more can be added should you want them. The tie at the waist looks like it had been added and can be removed (that is what I was planning on had we used it as well as adding more rhinestones).
