I bought this so long ago but used it probably once. I just couldn't get used to how it feels. AWESOME controller, but I have massive hands so it just didn't fit. I removed the batteries because they had died over time but everything else is included as shown. (Batteries aren't needed if you keep the controller plugged into the USB port when using.) Smoke/pet free sold home.
