HISTORY

These are leaded lights. These were commonly fitted in British domestic houses from the late Victorian period to the 1930s as part of the arts and crafts movement. I travel Britain rescuing these from properties which are being renovated. I document the addresses of most houses where acquired so if you are interested in the provenance please ask. Although the craft of leaded light making is still practiced the glass in this listing was discontinued from production decades ago. Therefore these are sold becoming harder to find. They make for unique pieces of wall art, suncatchers or for insertion as part of an internal or external window unit.
