It incorporates six individual panels of variegated beige, brown and white stained glass with a metal frame. The whole thing is then overlaid with a metal filigree in a very decorative leaf and flower motif. This lamp has two definite personalities and you really appreciate it when you light it. The base of this lamp is made of metal with matching six sided shape to go along with the shade. The shade also has a 3/4" purple and green border around the base of the shade and accented with jewels. OVERALL CONDITION is very good besides small cracks around parts of the edge. Hardly noticeable. The lamp takes a standard 25 watt bulb and is operated by a switch on the wire. Absolutely stunning color when lit up.
