Reversible edge grain cutting board made from either Hard Maple, Cherry, or Walnut. Seasoned with 100% food safe mineral oil. Measures 15 1/2” x 11 1/2” x 3/4 thick.

Cleaning/Maintenance:
*Never put in dishwasher or soak (this may warp the board).
*Clean with soap and hot water then dry.
*This is a reversible board, so either side can be used. I recommend storing on its side so that air can circulate freely around the board. sold
