Custom Watercolor & Stitching Detail Pet Portrait sold 9x12

This is a custom watercolor with unique stitching and fabric appliqué portrait of your pet's "headshot" (just his or her face, not entire body). The stitching gives great texture and a beautiful handmade art feel.

Please start a conversation with me using the conversation option above, and send me the image you would like me to paint. It all starts with a great, in focus, well lit image of your pet's face, especially his or her eyes. After we go over your image, you can purchase this listing, and I will begin the painting process :)

Here are some tips to get a great image for me:
-Stand between a bright window and your pet (pet facing the window or at a right angle towards the window).
-Go outside if weather's permitting
-If you have a pet that won't stop moving, have a helper hold him. This portrait is of his or her face and neck, so it's fine if your pet is on someone's lap :)
-Try to have your phone/camera close to the pet, and not use a zoom.
-And treats/toys/something exciting dangling directly on top of your phone/camera get great eye contact.
