Beautiful hand painted roses, greenery and cobalt blue with gold scroll and accents. No cracks or sold chips in body or lid. Some gold guild on edges of lid is worn (see last pictures). Missing bottom plate. Stunning piece. Stands approximately 5 1/2 inches tall with lid. 5 1/4 inches from handle to handle. Fine porcelain. Incredible detail. Estimated era is late 1890's to early 1900's. Very unique and eye-catching vintage condensed milk or jelly jar. Stylish jar meant to fancy the table when you have a can of condensed milk or jar of jam you are using during meal time that needs covering.
