I picked this item up in a phone lot recently. It is cracked on both the front and back, is missing the SIM card tray, and is password locked. The touch screen is intermittently functional on only 3/4 of the screen. Otherwise, it is carrier locked to Sprint based off of its IMEI. Speaking of its IMEI, it's all clean. Sold as is, no returns. Please note that I have been selling on eBay since 1999, and have nearly 300 positive reviews, but I am now migrating some sales to Mercari sold due to selling costs.
