Arcade Video and Pinball "Free Play" Pushbutton switch.
10 Pack of our Free Play buttons.
I currently have these installed on over 100 games in a commercial and private arcade. They work great if you want to have a free play option that is otherwise unavailable.
"Free Play" pushbutton is a switch that can be added to your Video or Pinball Arcade game.
Simple to install and does not cause any permanent damage to your game. When the "Free Play" pushbutton is pressed it adds a credit to your game.
- Turn game off before installing.
- Clean the area where the pushbutton will be installed as well as where the tail wire will go. (Clean with Isopropyl alcohol or rubbing alcohol. Wait for it to dry.)
- Peel the backing off the pushbutton and tail. Put the pushbutton in desired location and push down sticking it to coin door or where you choose.
- Solder 2 wires to the end of the tail. Wrap solder with electrical tape. Make the wires your desired length to reach the Arcade game coin switch. (Wires not included)
- Solder the other end of the 2 wires to the Arcade game coin switch.
- Peel the backing off the "Free Play" decal and stick on the black pushbutton. Making sure sticker orientation is correct.
- Turn game on. Test your work by pushing "Free Play" pushbutton. You should get a credit for every push.
*** If it does not work soldering to Arcade game coin switch then solder one wire to the "Service Switch" on your Arcade game and other to a ground. ***
This should only be done by someone that is qualified and comfortable with soldering.
