Antique Sterling Silver Push Button Propelling Pencil.

This antique pencil is constructed from sterling silver with French hallmarks. Theside of the pencil is marked with boars heads, and a small makers mark in a lozenge. The pencil works by pressing a button on the top which allows the pencil to fall. The pencil is screwed into the inside, which keeps it secure while in use. This is a simple and lovely piece which is in good condition, it would make an ideal gift. The pencil is 7cm 2.75" long and 1cm sold 0.39" wide.
