French Vintage Art Deco Sarreguemines Cake Service Plates Large Serving plate and 5 Cake Plates Cream with Gold Trim

This is a wonderful set of plates from the manufacture Sarreguemines.

These cake plates are a stunning example of Art Deco ceramics is a pale cream
And gold. The lines and shape are just beautiful. Ideal for serving cakes or sandwiches to guests!

The Sarreguemines mark dates these plates between 1920 and 1950. I would say between 1920 and 1930 due to the design.

These are in lovely vintage condition, no chips or cracks. There is some unevenness around the rim which is a manufacturing default common in ceramics from the mid century. Slight signs of wear to the gold trim sold and the larger platter has visible knife marks from almost 100 years of service. Beautifully looked after.
