Excellent Condition. Most Beautiful! Every inch of plate is truly magnificent. Woman's hair perfect. Blue flowers around her. Gold trim around portrait. Even gold border trim is excellent. Have not seen another like this one. Great as a gift or item sold in collection. My grandma from Germany brought it over with her to US. It is in excellent condition. No chips, scratches or scuffs. Stored in smoke free environment. Not sure of exact material used. Thank you kindly!.
