Note: We are a "Mom & Pop" shop so we usually take evenings, weekends, and holidays off to be with our kiddo / family. This could cause short delays in correspondence.

Note: We have sizes XS, SM, L, XL, XXL, XXXL in stock. While they are labeled as "Men's" per the etsy listing template, they are not gender specific, being a jumpsuit.

Note: This is a mass produced (one size fits most) jumpsuit. If you feel your measurements are outside of the average measurements, a custom tailored suit might be worth pursuing. Custom tailored suits are definitely the way to go if folks can afford it and if they can find a tailor in their home town so the suit can be properly fit during fabrication. A well made, custom jumpsuit can easily be $400 to $600 however. In order to offer a very affordable option (with today's business costs), we found the only real way to go about that is to have these suits mass produced overseas, fabricating them to a market researched set of "average" body measurements. These sets of measurements have fit folks who have close to "average" measurements very well since 2012. In many cases people outside of our jumpsuit measurements have successfully ordered larger sizes, altered them, and still stayed below the cost of a custom tailored suit. This is a Star Wars inspired replica Black flight suit / jumpsuit. It is most commonly used with the Tie Pilot, Gunner, and Navy Trooper (which is the helmet in our photo and is not included)

We also have sizes SM & M with larger neck openings in stock which work very well for more athletic folks who might have a larger neck circumference. If that might interest you please feel free to message us.

The first two photos show the black jump suit, which is what you will be receiving (helmet, hat, belt, and boots NOT included). Photos 3, 4, and 5 use a gray suit for the purpose of showing the details. Photo 6 is the sizing chart, to choose your size. Photos 7 and 8 show a gray suit, simply to show the pattern details which are the same on the black suit. Photo 9 shows the 5 colors we have manufactured. The last photo shows our black suit with our Tie Fighter Pilot armor kit. Check our other listings for other colors.

This suit is in stock and will be shipped within a 1 to 2 week period, due to current workloads but we are willing to discuss that with you if you have a faster deadline.

This jumpsuit, often referred to as either a "MC" or "FAC" suit within the costuming communities, was first offered in 2012, being the first accurate suit offered to the clubs. If you are looking for 501st approval, it has always been accepted but please feel free to check with your fellow members or Garrison Membership Liaison (GML).

We designed our suits to include all of the common details included on all variations and colors. This was largely done to ease the manufacturing process. What this means is, if you are looking to match a specific character, this suit should have all of the material present, should you need to make alterations. For example, the pocket flaps on some of the original costumes had rectangular flaps while some had "chevron" shaped flaps. Our suit was designed so that it would be an easy task for a seamstress to alter the pocket flap while still on the suit. This also goes for the point on the back of the collar. Some characters had the point while others had a straight collar. Our suit was designed so that could be an easy alteration. Some characters only had two leg pockets while others had 4 leg pockets. Our suit was designed so that the "extra" leg pockets could be easily removed if desired.

Our suit is made with a 65/35 ~ Poly / Cotton blend, "Drill" (diagonal weave) fabric with a weight of 240 gsm. We recommend washing the suit in cold water and hanging to air dry or tumble dry on cool.
