Mickey is wearing his Steamboat Willie hat. The back of the charm reads “Steamboat Willie 1928,” the year that the short film was released. “Steamboat Willie” was the first sold released short starring Mickey and Minnie Mouse. “Plane Crazy” was the first Mickey cartoon produced, but wasn't released until 1929.
