This is a Royal Doulton figurine, "Heather" - HN 2956, designed by Pauline Parsons, dated Copyright 1981 and issued from 1982 to 2000.

A very charming lady figurine by Royal Doulton, designed by P. Parsons, part of the VANITY FAIR LADIES Series. MADE IN ENGLAND. Fine English Bone China. "Heather" is seated on a chair in a graceful pose with hands on knee, and measures 6 inches high. She wears a beautiful white ball gown. She sold stands approximately 6" tall. This piece is in mint condition with no cracks, chips or wear. The bottom is stamped with the Royal Doulton logo, title - "Heather", HN 2956, Copyright Royal Doulton Tableware Ltd. 1981.
