Beautiful vintage 1980s puff sleeve dress in rose bright pink with intricate cutwork embroidery at the neckline and collar. This great dress features a fit and flare shape with little scallops and embroidery on the sleeves. The fabric is a poly that feels like cold rayon or silk.

The dress is a shirt waist style with elasticized waist for a perfect fit. There are thread belt loops but no belt remains.
