50s Chalkware Black Nubian Figurines Pair / Male & Female Statues / Turbans Drums Harem Pants / MCM African Figurines (2)

Vintage Century Modern Chalkware African Musicians…The Blackamoor Nubian Figurines feature a kneeling Female sold & Male holding drums, wearing Turbans & billowing harem style pants and curled toe shoes….Original hand painted figures include the most delicate facial details… Vivid yellow, black naked upper body & metallic bronze accents in slippers, belt and head wrap.

Measures approx. 8" tall and is 4" at the widest

Condition: some tiny minor paint chips - though no chunks missing - so please see photos carefully – one shoe has a paint spot ….We only dry wiped the surfaces – leaving the final cleaning to buyer.
