Because I barely used it.... only used it for music and reading books. Will not come with a charger. A iPhone charger will work with it. Updates to the 15 iOS . I doubt it goes to the 16 iOS .. but it will download normal apps that you can download with the iOS 16 .... Comes with a case. I will remove the screen protector unless you want to keep it on.
