All items listed in photos Instruction manuals for each room/house 5 sold Rooms(Not included Carlitas playroom) The dollhouse is in perfect working condition, it is gently used. All items come from a smoke and pet free home. All items included will be sanitized prior to shipping. There is some wear and tear on the stickers as they are peeling from play and have included in the photos. 2 items that aren't in photo that will be sent is cat tree at top of box tower and blue cat box. I have included video of the different sounds that the dollhouse makes when opening. Batteries will be removed prior to shipping. 5 Rooms were purchased separately at $20/piece, house at $50. I have included all for $75.
