The border is a dark blue with a small white geometric star, serving to further the quilt's All-American feel. The backing features a dark blue tone on tone print featuring a thin stripe. The top-stitched wave pattern in white thread complements the front of this quilt nicely!

Life happens, so when the quilt needs a wash, simply launder on the gentle cycle with cold water and similar colors. Do not use bleach. To dry by machine simply use a low heat or gentle setting in the dryer. Or, do it the old fashioned way - hang it on the line for that crisp air smell and longer life of the quilt!
After washing remember that the quilt will wrinkle a bit, just the way it should!
