Can't find these anywhere! Vintage Girl Scouts trousers, just look at those tags! Judging by the Permanent Press tag, I would say it's around the 70s and probably a scout leader because at that time the actual scouts had skirts or dresses as uniform. Nice high rise, straight leg fit. The overcast outside makes these pull more blue, they are a true navy. sold Made of a cotton/poly blend, soft & lightweight.
