HAND FIRE BURNED (BRANDED) INITIALS
My proprietary - Hand fire-burning method. This is the oldest known method of leather branding.
I don't use laser or electric iron. This makes the finished product look as if mass produced. Your initials will be hand burned with custom-made letters (1cm high) to give an extra detail to the final look. The letters are heated to glowing red-hot coals (over 500F) by fire. The branding is applied the same way it's been used for hundreds of years. The result is a real branding, which gives the bags a unique, authentic and very natural look.
Fire burning (branding) is a very popular and attractive look, but not very commonly used by leather makers, due to the long process. Modern technologies can achieve a similar look, but it will not have the personal touch and look. I offer the branding to my customers because I want to preserve this beautiful method and to give my clients the chance to enjoy its results.
The initials are branded on a patch of leather. It is later sewn to the lower right corner of the bag. If you have any a preferences about the positioning of the initials please send me a message via Etsy's messaging system, or leave a message in section "Note to the seller" at time of ordering.

FREE gift wrap
This bag will be individually wrapped in luxury paper and burlap ribbon. Any bag comes with two personalize tags - one sewn onto the bag, and one attached to the gift wrap.

These bags are made with Crazy Horse Leather. This leather has a unique antique appearance. A simple scratch or rub turns the leather fibers to a different shade, a slight bend and the entire bend line fades to a different shade as well, and still, this type of leather is as durable as any other high-quality leather. When you bend it or pull it another color shows through. If you rub the leather the original color comes back. This leather has a beautiful weathered look and becomes more and more beautiful with time.

This item is real leather made to order and made without the use of robots or glue and it's made for you at the moment you order.
