Beautiful Vintage sold Hand Painted, Floral Tole Art on Metal Tray

Beautiful, vintage, hand painted tole art on a metal tray, This painting appears to be created by a skilled artist who may have invested many hours before completed. The colors are very sold vibrant & enhance each other. The background green paint fading into the black provides the whole composition with a type of glow. In addition there is minimal scratching or other diminishing flaws. My pics include close-ups of each quadrant of the flowers so that you can see the 'well cared for' condition this painting.
