Size 9 Juniors or sold about 6 Women. Excellent condition, custom made completely covered in sequins. Originally over 300$ So cute with Minnie ears/makeup/white gloves as a Minnie Halloween costume! One of a kind! Waist is about 14.5in unstretched, but can stretch out a couple inches. Does have stiff tulle underneath. With good sewing skill the outer sequin skirt can be pulled and sewed to show the tulle underneath for an edgier look. Can be altered for a custom Halloween, birthday or rave outfit.
