Gorgeous 60's handmade carved beauty with vintage playing cards that have been attached to the lid after the box was varnished and set with polyurethane.. the cards are king themed … the box has detailed knotches all along the edge on the top and the bottom. It has a little legs that have been attached. Whoever made it there a very good job … it has two hinges attached to the back where it opens ..very sold sturdy piece can be used for a jewelry box …trinkets, etc. it does have some weight to it .. good solid piece .. measurements of the box or 12 1/2 inches from side to side 10 inches from front to back 3 inches tall, smoke and pet free.
