One is completely new the other has a little missing simply sold from trying once and then losing a little when pushed down to lock the nozzle . Paid over $135.00 for the two ( through a salon) I see Walmart sold them for $64.00 ( though sold out and have been for quite some time ) these are great but I got two more as well, I'll never use them all.
