This is a unique vintage IKEA Type V204 lamp. It's made of navy blue metal with a white plastic sold grid screen. It can be mounted on the wall or placed on a tabletop. It angles the light down or up depending on placement. It has a line cord switch and takes a 40Watt bulb.
