I purchased this doll just the way she comes. Opened box. The backdrop wasn't there and has minor creasing on the outside. Doll is in excellent condition as she was only on display. Scarf went loose on her right hand. Her clothes is not removable. Her earrings were also missing. She comes with her shoes & her red satin gown is gorgeous. The fact that she can pose her arms is pretty nice. No sold certificate. Just complete intact doll and box.
