Epson sold Perfection V600 Color Photo Image Film Negative & Document Scanner. Powers on but no movement when buttons are pressed. I dont have software to fully test so Im not sure if it's because i never did initialize it and set it up. See pics for details and conditions. Does not include any cds or disc drives. Only power and usb cable included. No Returns As Is.
