Product code: Vintage Japanese sold Rickshaw Lacquer Music & Movement Automation Jewelry Box
This was made in japan is only marking on bottom I do know these were from the 50's era it. Has some sold spots where it's been nicked as u can see in the last 3 pics shows corner of top front then side of box shows small chip where paint flaked out and then the mirror has spot in the mirror on right. There are spots where the gold trim paint is wearing off in spots but for its age that's to be expected for it's age. This is really beautiful and plays music and the wheels turn as music plays. I dont have keys for it so it doesn't lock.. But still a great find.
