This Beni Ourain rug is carefully hand knotted by craftswomen and craftsmen who live in the Atlas region in Morocco.
The craft of rug making runs in families in that area and is world known by its quality.
The wool is from sheep who mostly run through the fields freely and the yarn made out of it is hand dyed or recycled.
The sold carpets are hand woven on traditional hand looms that are inherited, sometimes hundreds of years old.
This small rug is brand new, carefully selected and quality checked by me .
