This is Kero / Keroberos from the anime/manga Cardcaptor Sakura! He is 9.5 × 5 and in great shape. He talks! He says a few different phrases. Great for the Anime collector and fan! He is by Trendmaster and features the voice of Matt Hill from the 2000 dub “Cardcaptors” A tiny bit sold dusty from storage but can be easily fixed :) small dot hole on the back of his head, not noticeable really ^.^.
