I have seen done in porcelain during Victorian times. I have never heard of this company VBNHGH but I see that this piece sells new for over $300. Their other pieces are very high end also. This is pre owned, but in excellent condition. No damages to it. A very lovely piece to keep and display or give to a new mother. Or the mom that deserves recognition. Measures 8.5 inches high. 6.
