1960s sold Handmade Needlepoint Bag With Wooden Handles

Colorful, whimsical, eye-catching. All three terms can be used to sold describe this handmade needlepoint bag, made in the 1960s. Each side of the bag offers its own beautiful artwork - one side shows a floral collection with a hen, chicks and a rooster near the bottom; the other side offers a kaleidoscope of different flowers in an organized design.

The bag is lined and handsewn, with matching wooden handles that open at the top. The bag measures 14 inches wide by 18 inches tall from handles to bottom.

This is truly a work of art and in good condition, with just slight wear on one side.
