Brazilian Smoky Quartz With Tourmaline Inclusions


Up for sale is the Green and Black Tourmaline included Brazilian Smoky Quartz Crystal in the photos. The gem weighs 206.7cts (1 gram is equal to 5 carats) and measures 1.75"X.1.25"X1.1" (1 inch is equal 25mm) from the farthest points.

This gem is a beautiful all natural, untreated specimen. There is one large exterior Schorl (Black) crystal that penetrates through the Smoky Quartz length wise and a few other smaller penetrating Tourmaline Inclusions. The interior of the crystal shows an endless amount of mesmerizing Black and Green to Blueish Green Tourmaline inclusions that formed within the crystal in every direction possible. The Smoky Quartz Crystal Cluster has three distinct Terminations and an endless amount of interesting and unique growth features that formed after the Crystal broke away from it's mineral matrix. There is some minor damage to the Crystal that occurred during mining that can be seen in the 5th photo.
