- Baby's name to include (first sold, middle and last, if desired)
- Baby's birth date (month, day, year AND time, please include AM or PM)
- Baby's birth weight (pounds/ounces)
- Place of birth (city and state)
- Baptismal/christening date & location (if desired)
- Parent's names
- Pet's names (if desired)
- Any special words or phrases you would like included

You will be contacted via email with a proof of the item. You will be permitted three amendments, if necessary. Additional changes will be for an additional fee.

DIGITAL FILE ONLY
Once the artwork is approved to your satisfaction, a high-resolution DIGITAL FILE (.jpg file format) will be sent via email (most hi-resolution files are too large to transfer via Etsy Convo.) You can choose where you'd like to print it (Walgreens, Costco, Shutterfly, etc.) and frame it how you wish. All rights to this artwork are the buyers once the artwork is complete. No physical item will be sent to you.
